Albumit läbivateks teemadeks on igatsus, allaandmine, peolt lahkumine, oma kehvapoolse olukorra tunnistamine ja selles tähenduslikkuse nägemine, jäädes lõppkokkuvõttes siiski muretuks ja rõõmsameelseks. Võrreldes Meisterjaani ehk Jaan Tätte juuniori varasema loominguga on uus album elektroonilisema saundiga, peaaegu ilma parmupillita ja sisaldab ka rohkem lüürikat. Žanriliselt määratleb autor oma uut muusikat “outsider popiks”.

“Ega mul ei olnud mingit sellist mõtet, et aitab kah parmupilli-jaan olemisest ja hakkan nüüd hoopis teistsugust muusikat tegema. Lihtsalt viimase aasta jooksul on mind parmupillidest enam inspireerinud sündid ja muud elektroonilised saundid ning sõnade muusikasse panemine on samuti midagi, mida pärast oma eelmist instrumentaalalbumit (“Monohõim”) on olnud päris tore teha. Tegin lihtsalt seda, mis tahtsin,” räägib albumi sünnist Meisterjaan.

Albumi on salvestanud ja produtseerinud oma kodustuudios Meisterjaan. Miksis (välja arvatud bonus trackid) ja masterdas José Diogo Neves. Lood “Lõks” ja “Fakdap” on valminud koostöös Margaritaga, lisaks laulab Margarita ka lugudes “See pilk” ja “Läbi särina”. Loos “Peolt minema” võib kuulda Kristel Epliku häält.
